Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Core Lithium Ltd is pleased to announce the permanent appointment of James Virgo to the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective 24 June 2024.

James has been with Core for the past year and has served as Interim CFO since March 2024. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and an experienced finance and commercial professional with over 12 years of experience in the mining and professional services industries. Throughout his career, James has held various senior finance and leadership roles.
